Each person will recieve a handout with all of this information written out to follow along as well as take home to reference as needed.
Our goal is to teach you how you can become your own autonomous healer. Empowering you to take your health back into your own hands. Helping you make the shift into a mental state that allows you to delegate daily practices that focuses on preventative health. Learning how to incorporate lifestyle changes that will help support a healthy immunity before becoming ill.
We encourage you to bring your whole family as a means to up-level your health all together. Otherwise, taking home the information you learn from this workshop and translate it to your household, family & friends to start empowering them to make these lifestyle choices to avoid future health issues.
