Each person will recieve a handout with all of this information written out to follow along as well as take home to reference as needed.

Helping you make the shift into a mental state that allows you to delegate daily practices that focuses on preventative health. Learning how to incorporate lifestyle changes that will help support a healthy immunity before becoming ill.
